For those of you confused by the chorizo being used in the video: There are two kinds of chorizo, one is hard like a salami and one is fresh ground meat like breakfast sausage. You can use either type you like, your local grocery store probably has them both, but if you’re using the fresh-ground type of chorizo you’ll want to cook it up in a separate skillet before adding it to the recipe.
